It’s a wonderful post by Amy White, a restorative nutritional consultant, about her experiences with L-Glutamine and how using it has reduced her sugar and carb cravings.
I’ve written in various places on my own blog about my experiences with L-Glutamine and how using it cured my hives. Once I developed hives in early 2012, I would break out after eating just about anything; once I found L-Glutamine and started using it, after six months of being miserable with hives, I healed my leaky gut in just a few weeks and no more hives.
I don’t have any L-Glutamine around the house anymore…hmm…but do have sugar and carb cravings, for sure. Amy talks about using L-Glutamine capsules. I used L-Glutamine powder, purchased from Amazon for around $25 for a one-pound jar.
