yes, you *can* have peanut butter and jelly while on the “elimination diet”

…as long as it’s Sunflower Butter, not peanut butter, and a no-sweetener-added fruit jelly, on quinoa crispbread.

Have some rice milk along with it, and maybe even Nettle Tea.  Nettle Tea is good for whatever it is that makes you scratch.
