snack: quinoa flatbread, coconut butter and garlic

WOW.  This is one thing that could persuade me to stay on the earth as long as I can, just to enjoy this.

Very simple.

Ingredients:

Le Pain Des Fleurs quinoa flatbread

coconut “butter” spread

fresh sliced garlic

Spread the flatbread with the coconut butter, add the finely sliced garlic to the butter and enjoy.  WOW.

Did I say WOW?

WOW.

Yummy with some sliced pears or apples, and tea.
